Polyurethane mesh comes in square or slotted opening in either fully welded, or partially welded style. Incoming Goods Inspection(IQC)

Raw materials such as high tensile steel wires, polyurethane and stainless steel wires underwent rigid inspection by our QC inspector when first arrive at our warehouse. We test the chemical components, physical properties, and general conditions of the materials. Defective goods would be returned or disposed of, which would not be used in any Anpeng Wire Mesh Production Process.

Process Inspector (IPQC)

To improve efficiency and accuracy, Anpeng Wire Mesh follows rigid and standardized guidelines that emphasize safety of employees and physical risk management. The whole process is monitored and inspected by our QC.

Final Inspector (FQC)

QC will perform the trial operation with a selected sample from each production, during which our QC personnel will check the flatness of screens, apertures, wire sizes, and tensile strength to make sure they are within ±3% tolerance, and that they meet the corresponding requirements of each order.
