Soap Box Mold

Plastic soap is also made by plastic injection mold, as it need dimensional stability, good apperance and good color performance, so we have to choose the right materails for the mold and box,and the soap box mold need to be designed with right consturction, such as injecting system, gate, runner, cavity quantity,cooling system, demolding etc.,by our full experience, our plastic injection mold could meet or exceed our customers expectation.

We choose the right material(ABS) to meet the application requirements, according to the part design, we choose the right injection machine, we design the mold with 2 cavities for cost-saving and easy repair, the parting line is selected at the maximum contour of the plastic parts to let the parts are easily be released, with a good finish, right dimensions, and high quality, and our design for gate, runner and cooling system could avoid parts defects, we inspect and test materials and each process strictly, that's why we can make high quality mold.

Choosing the right material for the box, ABS could make the parts with good strength, good rigidity, good dimensional stability, and good coloring performance.
Designing the proper injecting system to ensure the plastic material could be heating melt well and venting.
Choosing the good mold material and inserts to ensure the high quality of the mold.
Designing the shot runner, good cooling system to avoid part defects during the production.
Using robots to pick up the parts during production can also enhance production efficiency.
Following our construction to install and use the mold, to make sure there's no any damage for the mold and less repair.
