Soybean pretreatment

1.Use conveyor and elevator to convey soybean

2.Clean soybean to remove big, small and metal impurities from soybean with vibration screen ,stoning machine and magnetic selector

3.Use crusher with teeth to crush soybean into pieces to decrease the particle size and increase the superficial area.

4.Use softening pot to soften soybean to increase the plasticity of soybean.

5.Use flaking roll to roll soybean into thin flakes ,convenient for extraction.

6.Use plate dryer to adjust the temperature and moisture of soybean flakes so as to reach extraction requirements.

The main section of extraction plant: leaching systems, steaming off the system, evaporation system, condensate recovery system and exhaust system. The main principle is to use a suitable solvent to feed embryo oil extracted, and then removing the solvent in the mixed oils. Leaching of our design to produce a mixture of oil does not contain any chemical solvents, and direct removal of exhaust, environmentally friendly.

It includes oil extraction, wet meal toasting, miscella evaporation, solvent recovery, exhaust gas recovery with paraffin and other processes.

1).Extraction section. Convey oilseeds flakes with scraper conveyor to extractor, make them contact with organic solvent fully through soak and spray to get miscella, miscella into miscella tank for removing solvent, and wet meal out of the bottom of extractor to desolventizer-toaster for solvent removal.

Rotocel extractor is typical extractor to extract oil with solvent.

2).Toasting section.Use DTDC to separate solvent out from wet meal to get dry meal without solvent for animal feeds, and solvent can be recycled through condensation.

DTDC desolventizer-toaster is used in this section.

3).Evaporation and steam-stripping section. Because of different boiling point,remove solvent from miscella to get crude soybean oil with No.1 long tube evaporator, No.2 long tube evaporator and steam-stripping column.

4).Solvent from meal toasting and evaporation and steam-stripping of miscella can be recycled through condensation.

5).Exhaust gas recovery section.Use water-bath type absorption tower to absorb and condense solvent gas in exhaust gas then recycle it.
