Description
Stainless steel wire threaded inserts is a new type of internal thread fasteners, from high strength, high precision, smooth surface of the diamond-shaped stainless steel wire from the precise processing of the spiral coil, for high-precision internal and external thread concentric body, put the wire threaded insert into the workpiece ,then it can form a high-precision internal thread that conforms to international standards is superior to the internal thread formed by tapping directly on the workpiece.
The following picture shows the factory production of DIN wire threaded inserts, according to the German technical standards for manufacturing, the green thread insert belongs to free-running inserts, which can fully meet the needs of users.
