Features of Stainless Steel Castings

Take higher metal temperature reaches to 1520~1600℃. For the small and complicated structure part keep the pouring temperature to melting point +150℃; for the big and thick wall part keep the pouring temperature to melting point +100℃;

Make bigger and simpler gating tunnel;

Use dry or heated casting mold;

Make sure the casting product wall thickness is as even as possible and over 8mm, optimize the part structure in sharp corners and edges;

Improve air permeability and passing ability by using hollow mold core or oil-sand core, or add coke with it.
