Standard series hydraulic pipe clamps to German standard DIN 3015-1

Standard series stauff type pipe clamps / are the light duty series of hydraulic pipe clamps according to German standard DIN 3015, part 1:

1 Size range:

Standard series pipe clamps are fit for tube / pipe size O.D. 6mm -102mm.

2 Structure:

Standard series pipe clamps are offered in weld-plate and channel-mounting designs. Assembly including cover plate, welded plate (elongated plate available), clamp bodies (2), high strength bolts (2).

There are Rail nut clamps available for channel mounting designs, assembly including: cover plate + clamp body(2)+ bolts(2) + rail nuts(2), installed on steel channels or rails.

Stacking Clamps available (max. 5 layers) with assembly including: Stackable Bolts + Clamp body + safety locking plates.

3 Materials:

Mounting Metal hardware(accessories): Galvanized Carbon steel(mild steel) / stainless steel(304/316)

Clamp Body: Polypropylene(PP) / Polyamide(PA) / Aluminum(AL)
