Barrel bungs plastic bung is G2 and G3/4'' plug type with ISO-228 thread, can well suit into drum flange on 55 gallon steel drums. It is a substitute for zinc plated drum plug in some cases. Whatever the material is, the bungs are aiming at reducing the risk of spillage and keeping the contents safe

The included 2'' and 3/4'' bung fittings make filling and dispensing easy and convenient, the plug wrench is designed to help to screw in and out of the bung fittings.

The raw mateiral of the steel drum plastic bung is made of new polypropylene and selected recycled polypropylene, which maxiumize the useage of the commericals and also keep the final bung in good properties.

Not even the most critical thread parts follow the standard, other aspects of the plastic bung is also designed to be similiar to the common types in global market, which enable to well replace other plastic bungs.

The gasket selection is based on the containers' contents, the common types are EPDM, NBR and PE gasket applied to the steel drum plastic bung, differenciate from temperature tolerance, chemical resistance.
