Storage and use of water-based aluminum paste

1. After soaking the slurry for a few minutes, add the water-based base material while stirring to observe its dispersibility. You can add a dispersant appropriately to ensure that no clusters or particles are precipitated.

2. Please do not use a high speed during the stirring process, so as to avoid high shear force damage the coating layer of the aluminum pigment, it is recommended that the speed be controlled at 300-800rpm.

3. In order to achieve the best application effect, it is best to filter the water-based paint before use. It is recommended to spray the viscosity (Iwata 4# cup) for 15-25 seconds.

4. If stored for a long time, the silver paste may partially agglomerate, but it will not affect the use. It can be soaked in pure water or ether for a few minutes before use, and it will be dispersed after slight stirring.

5. Storage conditions: Please avoid direct light, and seal the material in time after taking the material.

Recommendations for water-based paint formulations (for reference only)

1. Water-based plastic paint (applicable to the manufacture of various self-drying low-temperature baking plastic paints)

Waterborne resin 70%

Water 10-20%

Water-based aluminum pigment 10%

The following additives are added according to the requirements of the water-based resin system

Film forming aid 7.0%

Oxidized polyethylene wax 2.0%

Wetting agent 0.3%

Defoamer 0.3%

Dispersant 0.2%

Thickener 0.2%
After the above ratio is completed, it can be sprayed directly, and the spray viscosity can be adjusted with thinner to achieve the best spraying effect.

2. Water-based metallic glass paint (applicable to the manufacture of various low-temperature baking glass-metal paints)

Waterborne resin 70%

Water-based aluminum pigment 10%

Water 10-20%

The following additives are added according to the requirements of the water-based resin system

Defoamer 0.2%

Wetting agent 0.2%

Leveling agent 0.1%

Film forming aid 7.3%

Thickener 0.2%
