_يرسل المشتري طلب الشراء غير قابل للالغاء ICPO شامل CIS (صورة باسبور المفوض بالتوقيع ، صورة السجل التجاري ، صورة اللوحة الضريبية للشركة)
_يصدر البائع مسودة العقد يدقق المشتري العقد ويضع التعديلات المناسبة له ثم يوقع ويرسله لنا مع درافت SBLC
_يقوم المشتري بتعديل SBLC و يوافق عليها بالتوقيع ثم يصدر العقد النهائي و البروفورما فاتورة ويرسلها الى المشتري
_يختم ويوقع المشتري العقد النهائى والبروفورما فاتورة يدويا ويعيدها للبائع ثم يصدر SBLC غير قابل للالغاء وقابل للتحويل والتجزئة حسب الاتفاق الى بنك البائع
_يبدأ البائع اجرآت الشحن و عند اصدار مستندات الشحن و بوليصة التأمين و SGS في ميناء التحميل يدفع المشتري ثمن الشحنة بنك تو بنك من خلال سويفت MT700/ MT760/
