SZF Series Two-Axle Vibrating Screen
Shanhu SZF two-axle vibrating screen is a new type of vibrating screening equipment pioneered by Shanhu Company and possessing national invention patent. It is driven by two pairs of bevel gears under power of the motor. The two pairs of bevel gears are connected by a universal joint to ensure absolute synchronization. They drive two exciters with eccentric mass through a soft coupling to vibrate the screen box. The movement of the screen box is elliptical.
Characteristics of SZF Series Two-Axle Vibrating Screen:
1. Two exciters—higher screening efficiency. 2. One power source—lower energy consumption. 3. Universal joint connection—full synchronization. 4. Bevel gear transmission—lower noise. 5. Four bearing design—stable operation. 6. The box structure full rivet connection—good reliability. 7. Pump oil supply— good lubrication performance.
