2) Structure

Heavy duty pipe clamps supplied in weld-plate and channel-mounting designs. Stacking pipe clamps available.

Weld-plate design assembly including: Cover plate, clamp body, welded base plate, bolts

Channel-mounting design assembly including: Cover plate, clamp body, bolts, rail nuts, Rail or channel.

4) Detailed information:

l Heavy duty pipe clamps are available with weld plate mounting for all sizes and channel mounting with special "T" nuts for pipe sizes up to OD 70 mm (2 1/2")

l Rails /Channels are available in lengths of 1 meter and 2 meters and are economical for multiple mounting on single channel

l Both weld plate and channel mounting designs are available only with top plate in view of the heavy vibration and loading encountered where there are used

l Heavy duty pipe clamps with polypropylene bodies are available for pipe size up to O.D 508mm

l Stacking Heavy duty pipe clamps are also available in vertical mounting arrangement and horizontal multi-clamp arrangement either back to back or run

l Both Standard Duty and Heavy Duty pipe clamps are also available in other mounting forms for compact and efficient piping where the installation has multiple lines stacked vertically or horizontally. They may be used in horizontal back to back mounting where excessive loads and vibration are encountered
