TPEE from ATPolymer

TPEE Polymer (TPE Elastomero Termoplastico) is a block copolymer containing polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) hard segments and polyether soft segments. ATPolymer is a leading manufacturer and supplier in the tpe thermoplastic polyester elastomer market that offers all kinds of TPEE material, including TPEE plastic.
TPEE Material By Processing
TPEE is mostly copolymerized by 1,4-butylene terephthalate and polybutanol, so its classification is based on different processing methods in industrial applications. And TPEE plastic is often divided into Injection molding, extrusion and blow molding.
Extruding/Under Extruding TPE TPEE
Smooth & Matt surface, excellent hand-feeling.
Injection Molding TPEE
High fluidity. Soft-touch. Over molding compatibility with TPE/PP/PE cable.
TPEE Polymer Material By Characteristics
TPEE has excellent oil resistance in terms of chemical resistance. Under low strain conditions, TPEE modulus is higher than other thermoplastic elastomers of the same hardness, compared with other thermoplastic elastomers.
UV-resisitance TPEE
Fine and smooth surface and soft-touch feel without heterogeneous, pits, whiten, sticky etc.
Anti-static TPEE
HFFR wire & cable with stable, long-term anti-static property can pass UL105 /90 ℃ ℃ heat-resistance level.
High Temperature-resistance TPEE
Easy Processing, Good Printable, Stable Quality, and Heat-resistance Level: 125℃.
Anti-Mildew TPEE
Flame retardant properties, Product Safety, Conductivity, Polymeric Foam.
Microbial-resistance TPEE
Flame retardant properties, Product Safety, Conductivity and Polymeric Foam.
High Hardness TPEE
Excellent colorability, soft-touch, weather resistance, fatigue resistance and temperature resistance, excellent processing performance.

Achieved UL Yellow Card verified vo (1.5mm-6.Omm), fully support cable products to pass the vWw-1 or IEC60332 flame retardance tests.

Chemical or radiation cross-linking types meet the temperature requirements of 125°C.

Product safety Polymer foam

No PPS (polystyrene) flame retardant to avoid the risk of stress cracking.

Marine cable designed for 0.6Bg.
