>twin screw metering feeder

On volumetric feeder system, we use new design type feeder which avoid the power leakage shor tage; The gravimetric feeder adopts Siemens PLC and International brand load cells, through PROFIBUS to a chieve close-loop control.

>Driving parts

Used best brand motor ,AV or DC are both available, Also ABB or Siemens motor as option

>transmission system

Gearbox is tri-axis structure ,which combine reduction and torque distribution together .All beari ng are used SKF or INA product. It has oil-immerge lubricating system and multi-point enforcing lubr icating system.

>Screw rotating speed

Currently, we have standard twin screw extruder from 400-600rpm. We will suggest customer to use s uitable rpm extruder according processing material.
