Meterial and heat treatment process:

Material of link: 40MnB/35MnB Material of bushing: 20CrMnTi/40Cr

Material of pin: 40Cr

Hardness:

A,for track link is: hrc32-38,the surface is：hrc52—58. Hardness：hrc45-50

Surface heat treatment: high frequency， Anti-rust oil. Hardness of bushing surface is hrc50-55

Hardness of pin surface is hrc52-58

Track link:

The track link has been done the medium-frequency hardening treatment,which ensures its highest stre ngth and abrasion resistance.

Track bushing:

The bush is done the carbonization and the surface medium-frequency quenching treatment,which ensure s the reasonable hardness of core and abrasion resistance of internal and external surfaces.

Track pin:

The pin is done the termpering and the surface medium-frequency quenching treatment,which ensures th e sufficient hardness of core and abrasion resistance of external surfaces.
