>Screws
The screws are entirely modular according to the needs and the work type; the geometric c onfiguration of the screw is featured with self-cleaning elements mounted on splined shafts even HT (high torque).
The modular elements used for the geometric composition of the screw, either used for tra nsport, kneading blocks, mixing or special, are bilobed or trilobed mounted along with the bilobes a nd can be realized with high OD/ID ratio.

>Barrel/ Cylinders

The cylinders are featured with modular elements, providing the possibility to have an interna l insert in special steel or bi-metallic alloys which increases its resistance to wear, to abrasion and corrosion.
The rectangular shape of the cylinder elements ensure that the temperature distribution inside the chamber is constant and homogenous.

the technical process

Quenching & Tempering → Rough Machining → pulling internal involute spline machine → Strand-cutting→ Milling machine or lathe(Semi Finishing Machining)→CNC Machining center→CNC threadgrinder(Finish machining) → vacuum quenching → Inspection

Packaging & Shipping

Pacakge: Wooden case or Using Anti-rust oil processing, then use stretch film cover extruder against moisture damage.
