Gaoyou ultrahigh heavy duty Steel track system is used when the partition height or weights limit exceed that recommended for the normal aluminum system. Maximum height can reach to 17meters with a panel weight up to 1300kg, each carrier has four steel wheels with precision ground radial bearing, Bearings are inserted into a steel tire. The steel tire rim fully captures the bearings. Carriers can be programmed for self-direction and sorting. The track is of formed black painted high strength steel. The track trim cover is clear anodized aluminum, all junction tracks are factory assemble and welded. Minimum dimension from the ceiling to the structure is 350mm.
