Vd/VOD Type Vacuum Refining Furnace

Usage:
VD vacuum refining furnace can degas molten steel and fine adjust alloy composition as well as stir argon. VOD vacuum refining furnace has the function of blowing oxygen, decarburization, vacuum degassing and fine adjustment of alloy constituent in the vacuum situation. It is mainly used to refine ultra-low carbon stainless steel, electrical pure iron, etc.

Main form:
VD/VOD refining furnace can adopt both separate station and double-station. Vacuum tank can be overhead type, pit type or cart-loaded form. The movement of vacuum tank lid can be rotating form or cart-loaded form.

Constitution:
VD/VOD vacuum refining furnace is made up of vacuum tank, vacuum tank lid, lifting device of tank lid, ladle, oxygen lance device, vacuum feeding device, temperature measuring and sampling system and observing system, oxygen system, argon system, water cooling system, vacuum pump system, electrical control system, automatic control system, etc.
