Water Cooled Water Chiller

RIOU chiller mainly consists of compressor, control panel, condenser and evaporator,water tank and water pump. You can choose the type and brand of these components yourself. Or we may help you according to your needs.

1. Compressor

RIOU adopt the famous compressor to ensure the quality,scroll type usually we adopt Sanyo,Copeland,Danfoss,screw type we adopt Bizer,Taiwan Hanbell and Taiwan Fu Sheng.

The output power of screw compressor can be controlled automatically by control system. Furthermore, there are four phases for choosing: 0%-25%-50%-75%100%. And the motor of the screw compressor is star delta start.

2. Electrical Control

Normally, our standard type is punp brand.Surely Siemens or Mitsubishi brand we could do also,if you need.

3. Condenser

RIOU water cooled chiller adopts shell and tube type condenser. Air cooled
chiller adopt fin type with copper coil.

The different of the air cooled and water cooled,that is the air cooled is cooled by the fan,water cooled is cooled by the separated cooling tower.More,air cooled has great relationship with the ambient temp.

4. Evaporator

Normally,there are 3types for the evaporator,water tank copper coil,shell and tubes,stainless steel heat exchanger.Usually our standard type is water tank copper coil,if you don't require.

5. Water Tank and Water Pump

Normally our standard scroll chiller model has water tank and water pump inside,screw type has not.So,when you already have them at your side,pls kindly inform to us.

6.The unit control system adopts a reliable safety protection equipment. E. G. high/low voltage protector. Ventilation overheat protector. compressor electically protector over-current protector. Water flow protector. Emergency switch. Thermal sensitive soluble chock. Safety valve. Etc.
