The rust-resistant property of parylene coated neodymium magnets is much better than that of epoxy, spray, dip and other coating methods. The thickness of parylene coating can be from 1 μ m to 50 μ M, it can be adjusted arbitrarily in the range of 50 μ M. Due to the operation efficiency of vapor in vacuum, the pinhole free film can be formed, and the thickness of the film can be accurately controlled for parylene coated waterproof magnets.
