Description
This machine is used to making crayons, put the raw material into the mixer, then drying and shaping it. It is an ideal tool for Children painting.
The process for crayon making is that first mix with raw material and get the liquid, then fill the liquid to the molding machine after drying then take them out of molding machine, the last step is packing the crayon with paper, we are able to provide every machine related to these steps.
This machine covers small space, with a small investment, and convenient in operating.
Another, it uses circulating cooling water in the whole process which will save water and protect the environment.
Now we use new material stainless steel and copper as the mold of the crayon making machine.
It just takes short time for the cooling, furthermore, all the crayon will come out of the molds at the same time. It is more convenient after changing the design and will have a longer life than before.
