Timber windows- description: Windows are made using laminated (engineered) timber, spruce, three layer radial cut. Wood is profiled using razor knives, EURO falc 68 standard. The window profile has a decompressed system, whitch reduces the air pressure and therefore does not load the rubber seal. Window is supplied with a groove which prevents the glass condensation forming that can cause the wood to deteriorate. A combination of vents, grooves, a decompression system and impregnation prevents (acid) rain and salt from forming of the glass and the window. Windows are painted with a water based paint, using an airless system at 400 bar pressure. They are finished with a water based varnish which prevents the effects of UV and (acid) rain from causing changes and reactions in the wood
