XJ series electrothermal digestion instrument

XJ series electrothermal digestion instrument adopts the surrounding heating method to digest samples under normal pressure. The method of wet digestion is used to achieve the effects of rapid, efficient, convenient and large processing capacity. The digestion instrument surface is treated with imported PFA Teflon coating for corrosion prevention and non sticking, and is resistant to strong corrosion and high temperature of 260 ℃.

Product features:

1. The imported PFA Teflon coating on the board surface can effectively prevent the corrosion of the instrument caused by acid liquor and acid gas generated in the digestion process;

2. Working temperature: room temperature to 260 ℃, can work continuously for 48 hours, 5-30 minutes can rise to 200 ℃ (depending on the hole depth), and the thermal efficiency is more than 5 times higher than that of flat electric heating plate, which is more low-carbon;

3. Surrounding three-dimensional heating, small temperature difference between holes, so that all parts of the sample are heated evenly, which prevents heat loss to the greatest extent, ensures the consistency of sample processing effect, faster digestion speed, convenient use, and long service life;

4. PID temperature control digital display is adopted to ensure the stability of instrument temperature, temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃, voltage: 220V/50Hz;

5. The panel and control box can be made into components, so that the acid mist during the experiment will not corrode the components in the control box, thus increasing the service life, and multiple samples can be processed at the same time without cross contamination.
