Manual silicone rubber for shoe mold making Using Instruction:
The component A of silicone rubber for shoe mold making is white silicone component B is the curing agent. take silicone of 100g and add 2% curing agent for mixing evenly. After silicone rubber and curing agent are completely mixed, put the silicon into a vacuum machine for deairing to remove the bubbles. After deaired, pour the liquid silicone rubber into the product to be duplicated or into the mold frame.

Part A base silicone: 20kg/drum, 25kg/drum or 200kg/drum
Part B Curing Agent: 50g/bottle, 1kg/bottle
