Polyester synthetic forming fabric is a commonly used filter mesh in the forming section of paper machine, the forming wire can be divided into 1 layer, 1.5 layer, double layer, 2.5 layer, and triple layer forming fabric, in order to increase the work life of the polyester forming fabric, Huatao weaves the nylon monofilament with better abrasion resistance in the weft, which makes the fabrics life longer and reduces the cost.

A press felt for the press or dewatering section of a paper machine is formed with an inner woven fabric and with a plurality of longitudinally extending, transversely spaced heavy yarns or strands which are supported on the bottom surface of the fabric by a relatively light cross-machine yarn or binder pick which interconnects the heavy strands with the warp yarns of the fabric. It is a kind of precious material in paper making industry. It can be divided into three types: wet felt, upper felt and dry felt according to the uses.

There are Two series of paper making press felt available in the market, Endless Press Felt and Seamed Press Felt

And Endless Press Felt could be divided in to some types according to the structure, Single Layer Felt, Double Layer, and Laminated Layer.

Flat yarn spiral dryer screen composed of flat wire, the surface dryer screen is smoothly, depending on the filling yarn added to the spiral dryer screen, air permeability range from 100 to 1380 CFM.

With its flexible and adjustable permeability and perfect surface, the paper breaking caused by airflow disturbance is greatly reduced, thus improving the production efficiency of paper machine, the flat yarn spiral dryer screen mainly used to the high speed paper machine which required high grade of paper.
