“YELU” LVL Scaffolding Boards is an engineered timber product,specifically for use as a Scaffold Board. The unique process by which it is manufactured avoids the natural defects found in solid sawn timber.Natural characteristics such as knots and wane are rearranged to maximise strength and minimize warping and splitting.

1. Proof tested to ensure compliance to OSHA, ANSI,A10.8-2001 and CSAS269.2-M87 Standards and individually stamped accordingly.Exceeds BS2482 Standards.

Manufactured from best quality New Zealand radiate pine, Poplars & Asian Pine making it a lightweight Scaffold Board.

Remarkably durable due to its use of critically selected timber veneers and Phenolic marine glue.

General Introduction
1.The length of LVL is up to 9600MM. It is strong enough for saw cutting, slicing, chiseling, tenoning, nailing, ect.
2 .There are 21 LVL production lines (5-8.3 metres in length),which reach to the advanced standards in the same line. Its capacity can get to 20,000 cubic metres per year.
3. Our corporation got the certificate of ISO9000,CARB,CE

SGS,etc. We have the specialized laboratory to test the formaldehyde emission, bonding strength, moisture, bonding, MOR, MOE ,etc. The “yelu” products gain the best credit depending on the good craft,high quality and favorable service.

Usage

LVL is used primarily as structural framing for residential and commercial construction and is well suited to applications where open web steel joists and light steel beams might be considered. Others uses include scaffold planking and as flange members for some proprietary prefabricated wood I-Joists. LVL can easily be cut to length at the jobsite.
